At Harmony Home Closets, we’ve honed our design process to make it easier for you to know ahead of time what your home organization system will look like and how it will function. It’s natural to look at cluttered surfaces or a chaotic closet and not know exactly what to do. Our professional designers have plenty of experience with creating high-quality systems that can help you whip your closet into shape.

It all begins with a free in-home consultation. You’ll meet with your designer, who will take a look at the space you’re struggling with. They’ll ask you some questions and answer any questions you have. The goal here is to get an idea of your vision. Measurements will be taken, and you’ll get to see your custom closet or home organization system design come to life – thanks to our 3D software.

As your designer creates your design, you can suggest changes. Move this rod here, and add some shelves there. Take away anything you don’t want, and add more of what you do. You can try out different accessories, finishes, and hardware. Once you’re pleased with the design, you can finalize it. At this point of the design process, you’ll get your price quote and can schedule an appointment for your installation.

Before your installation, we’ll provide and deliver mobile racks for you to put your clothing on. This will help you keep your bed and other surfaces clear while also allowing you easy access to your items.

If you have existing closet components that need to be removed, you can either remove them yourself prior to installation or we can do it for you if you purchase our demo services. We include the tear out and disposal, patching, and paint with that package.

Once the components are out, our amazing installation crew will get to work installing your new system, including various accessories and organizers. You’ll know in advance what to expect, since you will have seen your system come together during your consultation. Our installation process generally takes one day. Once they’re done, they’ll clean up any debris, vacuum, dust it all off, and show you how everything works before leaving.

We offer a lifetime warranty that covers all wood components and cabinets. If something breaks during normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. It’s truly that simple.
